Michael Cimino's multiple Oscar-winning war movie THE DEER HUNTER leads LEGEND's channel premiere line-up for June, with other notable Hollywood directors showcasing award-winning films, including John Huston's multiple Oscar-winner MOBY DICK, William Friedkin's Oscar-nominated THE BRINK'S JOB, and POSSE, directed by Kirk Douglas, which was nominated for a Golden Bear for Best Film.
LEGEND also premieres British WW1 horror film DEATHWATCH, starring Jamie Bell, Andy Serkis and Matthew Rhys, as well as top notch sci-fi thrillers VIRTUOSITY, starring Denzil Washington and Russel Crowe and ALIEN NATION, starring James Caan. There are also action blockbusters KING ARTHUR, starring Keira Knightly, Clive Owen and Mads Mikkelson and KICKBOXER: RETALLATION, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Mike Tyson and Christopher Lambert.
Plus, there's an outing for crime drama INSIDE OUT, starring wrestler Triple H and Bruce Dern, British fantasy adventure THE VENGEANCE OF SHE and British war film YANGTSE INCIDENT, starring Richard Todd and Barry Foster.
Here's everything you need to know:

Let's start on the 4th with a monochrome masterpiece, YANGTSE INCIDENT. While sailing lawfully up the Yangste in 1949, the British warship Amethyst found its return to the open sea blocked by Communist Chinese shore batteries that unexpectedly opened fire. In charge, Lieutenant Commander Kerans (Richard Todd) was not however prepared for his crew and his ship to remain as a hostage for the Chinese to use as an international pawn. Then the following evening its action all the way in KICKBOXER: RETALIATION. A year after the brutal showdown between Kurt Sloan and Tong Po, Kurt (Alain Moussi) is taken captive and forced back into the ring against his will. With his freedom at stake, Kurt re-enlists Durand (Jean-Claude Van Damme) to start the most rigorous training of his life. But will it be enough to survive a bout with his most formidable foe yet? The movie also stars Mike Tyson! VIRTUOSITY on the 7th which is set in a near-future Los Angeles where ex-cop Parker Barnes (Denzil Washington), is serving a prison sentence for the accidental deaths of bystanders during his pursuit of a terrorist. Barnes is offered a chance at redemption when he's tasked with stopping SID 6.7 (Russell Crowe), a virtual reality entity composed of the personalities of over 150 serial killers.

A gritty 70s drama on the 11th, THE BRINK'S JOB. A group of unlikely criminals commits the robbery of the century. Led by Tony Pino (Peter Falk), a petty thief fresh out of prison, and Joe McGinnis (Peter Boyle), who specializes in planning lucrative capers, the gang robs Brink's main office in Boston of more than $2 million. However, things begin to go awry when the FBI gets involved. The horrors of war with a paranormal twist on the 13th, DEATHWATCH. A lost squad of British soldiers in World War I take shelter in an abandoned enemy trench, but it proves to be no refuge as the men find themselves hunted by unseen evils. Written and directed by M. J. Bassett, the stellar British cast includes Jamie Bell, Laurence Fox, Kris Marshall, Matthew Rhys and Andy Serkis. An historical legend is brought vividly to life the next evening in KING ARTHUR. In this valiant tale of Arthur (Clive Owen) and his bond of brotherhood with Lancelot (Ioan Gruffudd), we follow the loyalty of the Knights Of The Round Table as they fight for freedom and those they love. Also starring Keira Knightley.

A Hammer classic to get your blood running, THE VENGEANCE OF SHE. A beautiful young European girl, Carol (Olinka Berova), is taken over by the spirit of mysterious Ayesha, queen of the lost city of Kuma. She is taken to Kuma to succeed the almost-immortal Ayesha as empress of Kuma. Get ready for action on the 19th, INSIDE OUT. AJ (WWE Superstar Paul "Triple H" Levesque) always wanted a nice, quiet life. For the past 13 years his best friend Jack (Michael Rapaport) has been living it for him. Now, after paying his debt, AJ is finally coming home – but he’s about to learn getting out of prison doesn’t mean you’re free. Also stars Bruce Dern and Parker Posey. Moving onto he 21st we travel to Los Angeles of the near future in ALIEN NATION which has become the new home of 300,000 humanoid extraterrestrial. When a gang of these newcomers kills a police detective's (James Cann) partner, he sets out to solve the crime with his new partner (Mandy Patinkin) - the L.A.P.D.s first newcomer detective. But the unlikely pair soon uncover a far more dangerous threat to society.

Fans of the golden age of Hollywood need to be with us on the 25th as we present MOBY DICK. Young Ishmael sets sail on the Pequod to hunt whales. When the whaling ship is on the high seas, Capt. Ahab (Gregory Peck) promises a gold doubloon to the first person who sights Moby Dick, the gigantic white whale which had mutilated him. The epic hunt begins. Directed by and starring Kirk Douglas, POSSE on the 26th is the story follows U.S. Marshal Howard Nightingale (Douglas), who leads a well-trained posse of six men in pursuit of the notorious train robber Jack Strawhorn (Bruce Dern). Nightingale's true motive is to use the capture of Strawhorn to bolster his political campaign for the U.S. Senate. One of the most widely acclaimed films of all time, THE DEER HUNTER on the 28th is Michael Cimino's celebrated interpretation of the stresses and dangers - both physical and emotional - which confront a trio of Pennsylvanian steelworkers when they are sent out to fight in the horror that was the Vietnam war. Starring Robert De Niro, Christopher Walken, John Savage and Meryl Streep.
